The members of the 7th Specialized Working Committee of the National Assembly discussed and approved today, the 12th, their activity plan for the second quarter of the 3rd Legislative Session of this Legislature (V).
According to the president of the Commission, deputy Conceição Paulo, the planned actions include holding a colloquium, in March, on the implementation of the Patronage Law, which aims to debate the challenges of applying the legislation, especially with regard to tax incentives and State support for the promotion of culture. In addition to promoting the development of the social, sports, environmental educational, scientific, technological sectors, as well as health and the information society.
In April, Youth Month, a colloquium on the first job is planned, to discuss strategies to facilitate young people's access to the job market.
The commission, which deals with Religious Affairs, Media, Youth and Sports, also foresees media visits and interactions with ministerial departments.
In the cultural and religious sector, one of the main challenges highlighted was the need to strengthen dialogue with the National Institute of Religious Affairs.
